What drives Josh is a simple realization: the team isn't building structures. They're changing how families live in their homes. The deck becomes the place where Saturday mornings happen. Josh will tell you that doing the right thing for clients has always been the standard — even when it's the harder path. A big part of that is the time invested before a single board is cut. The pre-construction planning, the design coordination, the preparation that means no surprises on-site. That's where the trust gets built. The reaction he's working toward? Fred

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

For Fred, the moment that matters isn't the final walkthrough. It's when the whole family is smiling — not just the ones who signed the contract. Fred will build whatever the design team draws up. New concept, complex build, something never attempted before — doesn't matter. His focus stays the same: client safety, code compliance, and never cutting a corner to make his day easier. SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Tyler assists with day-to-day operations of hardscape projects, providing oversight and support to ensure consistent results. He addresses any questions or concerns during construction.

Brandon

SENIOR DESIGNER
