Program description. xScape operates two text message programs. The service program sends appointment confirmations and reminders, project progress updates, material delivery notifications, rescheduling updates, and customer support replies to people who have requested a consultation or have an active project with us. The marketing program sends deck design ideas, seasonal outdoor living and maintenance tips, construction and material updates, and occasional offers. The two programs are consented to separately.
How to opt in: You opt in by entering your mobile number on our contact form at https://xscape.world/contact and checking the consent box for the program you want. Both boxes are unchecked by default and neither is required to submit the form. You may check one, both, or neither. If you have previously unsubscribed, you can rejoin by replying START to a message from the number that texted you, or by submitting the form again.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month per program.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply to messages we send to you and messages you send to us. Contact your wireless provider for details of your plan.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You may also reply CANCEL, QUIT, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, STOPALL, or REVOKE. We will send one confirmation message and you will receive no further texts from that number. Reply START to resubscribe.
How to get help: Reply HELP or INFO to any message from us. You can also call (703) 775-4532 or email sales@xscape.world during business hours.
Carrier liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers: Our program is supported on all major United States wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers.
Age requirement: You must be 18 years or older to enroll in our text message programs.
Mobile data is never shared: We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, your opt-in record, or your messaging consent data to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes, at any time. The only parties who receive your mobile number are the licensed messaging providers and aggregators that deliver our messages to you on our behalf. See our full Privacy Policy.
Compliance: We operate this program in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices.
