Waterford porch, deck and patio retreat

This project features a wraparound deck and porch built from completely low maintenance composite decking and railing material.

The deck leads from the driveway to the rear of the home and into a beautiful open porch space.

A large deck continues out from the porch and wraps around the rest of the rear of the home.

Steps lead to the lower patio level where the deck above has been treated with a rain management system and finished with closed ceiling.

This creates a bright, dry, & clean patio space under the upper deck. The patio includes a hot tub and custom-built fireplace.
