You knew us as Deckscapes of Virginia. We're xScape now — the name has changed, but the people, the craft, and the standards have not. When you pass one of our cards to a friend, you're putting your name behind the same work we did for you. We don't take that lightly.

The referred customer ("New Customer") must be 18 or older, a U.S. resident, and the property where the work will be performed must fall within xScape's standard service area in Northern Virginia. The New Customer must not be a current or former xScape or Deckscapes of Virginia customer at the same address. The referring customer ("Referrer") must be a current or past xScape or Deckscapes of Virginia customer in good standing.
Each referral card entitles a New Customer to $500 off a new outdoor build with xScape. When the New Customer's project is complete and paid in full, the Referrer named on the card receives $500 from xScape, paid by company check within 30 days.
The card must be presented at the time of the initial consultation. The Referrer's name must be recorded by xScape at that meeting. The discount is applied at project completion.
One card per new project. Cards are not transferable, not redeemable for cash by the New Customer, and may not be combined with other xScape offers, promotions, or financing-based incentives. Self-referrals, household referrals (same mailing address), and xScape employees and their immediate families are not eligible. Cards are valid for projects contracted with xScape on or before May 31, 2027.
Referrer rewards may be reportable income. Referrers who receive $2,000 or more in a calendar year from xScape (across all programs) will receive an IRS Form 1099-NEC.
